Just tell them on the phone you need a players card if you don’t have one. The Hilton is just far enough from the strip to be annoying, but the rail system [lvmonorail.com] runs through the outside of this hotel. This is a no frills place to stay but if you can upgrade your room (especially with $20 [frontdesktip.com] 
), it really is a great deal.
PS JUST TO BE CLEAR, THIS IS NOT $129/NIGHT. THIS IS $129 TOTAL (PLUS TAXES). THE TOTAL SHOULD BE AROUND $154 FOR EITHER A 3 OR 4 NIGHT STAY.
Update: It seems that if you are not a player’s card member, this deal may vary person to person and I am sorry about that. I didn’t think they would care because in the fine print it talks about how being a player’s card member is free. However, many people are able to get the same deal as option 1 for $139 (a $10 increase) for the three nights, which is still a great deal IMO. Still, others have reported on getting in at $129 w/o the player’s card. So I guess if you want to keep trying, good luck?
