Steinberg has announced its latest stackable collection of dedicated USB music production controllers. These are built specifically for the programs, Cubase and Nuendo, with each of the six units having its own specialty. Up to nine of the CMC series controllers can be used together in a single setup and among these devices are ones that can be used to control Cubase’s channel section, transport, Quick Controls and AI Knob, and there’s also an MPC-style 4×4 pad matrix for rhythm programming.
