XS Nightclub at Encore in Las Vegas has just confirmed that deadmau5 will be performing a special set during Cinco de Mayo weekend on Sunday, May 6th. The special event will be a preview party for his upcoming release “The Veldt EP,” which is set to drop on June 25th, 2012. In addition to the lead track entitled “The Veldt,” the forthcoming EP will also include the new track “Failbait,” which features Cypress Hill. “The Veldt EP” is the first in a series to be released by deadmau5 over the coming months and will later be compiled into a full length album.
